<p>To many women, they feel that female strength training is not something for them and is not something they want to take part in. Only because they feel they will bulk up and that their body will start to look like a man.</p>
<p>But I am here to tell you that, not only is strength training the best thing that a woman could do to become lean and strong, but it will help you to lose weight twice as fast and help you to tone your love handles and trim those inches a lot quicker.</p>
<p>And no, you will not bulk up in fact a woman&#8217;s body is not even genetically possible to get to that point with out the help of some outside factors, such as supplements and lots of them.</p>
<p>Here are my five tips to help you get started with using weights and incorporating resistance training into your daily routine.</p>
<p>1.Start with light weights &#8211; By using light weights you will feel less intimidated and it gives you a chance to get a feel for the equipment.<br />
2.Start Slow- Don&#8217;t try to rush into everything and push yourself to hard if you are new to resistance training, it will feel different. So take your time so that you will not discouraged<br />
3.Ask Questions- If you need help ask questions and get help. Do not try to do something that you do not know how to do. Locate your local gym and speak to a trainer that is certified and give you some in life tips.<br />
4.Use Workout Videos &#8211; There are some awesome videos out there that can help you when it comes to working out starting out with lifting weights and getting in shape.</p>
<p>When you are new to a different way of working out, it can be challenging, however it is the challenge that will get you out of your workout plateaus and push you into losing and getting tone a whole lot quicker!</p>

<p>Tired of the same old 12 reps, 10 squats, and 20 minutes on the treadmill?  There is a way to make exercise less boring! If you’re sick of walking on a flat surface on your treadmill, there are many ways to liven up that work out.</p>

<p>Putting on an hour-long TV show that you have to get involved in is a great way to make your mind wander.  While watching your show, set your pace at a very light jog. When a commercial comes on, pick up your pace then slow back down when the show returns.</p>
<p>Another way to make exercise less boring is to add other things to make it exciting. Add people or music.  Set your iPod to shuffle and get moving.  Create various exercise playlists and then don’t stop until the music does.</p>

This means that after a long and strenuous workout, you can treat yourself to a massage at a spa or a new outfit to suit that trimmer, healthier figure you’re now sporting.</p>
